Hand-crafted in small batches in Madison, Wisconsin, The Deliciouser’s chef-driven spice blends deliver vibrant freshness, balanced flavor, and the natural texture chefs expect from thoughtfully sourced spices. Designed to bring depth and consistency to dishes, our blends help do some of the heavy lifting in the kitchen, allowing chefs to focus on their own finishing touches and creativity.

Interestingly, Chef Patrick O’Halloran rarely relied on spice blends throughout most of his career. It was only through developing The Deliciouser that he discovered how thoughtfully crafted blends could enhance efficiency, consistency, and flavor in a busy kitchen. We use them daily in our own restaurant to ensure they perform where it matters most: service.

Founded in 2020, The Deliciouser quickly grew from a small-batch spice company into a restaurant, bar, and retail space in Madison. As a blended family—Patrick, Marcia, and Michelle—we bring years of restaurant experience, global inspiration, and Midwestern hospitality to every blend we craft.
