Vitruvian Farms is a certified organic vegetable and mushroom farm in McFarland, WI. Owners Tommy Stauffer and Shawn Kuhn have been farming for over 15 years primarily wholesaling baby leaf greens, mushrooms, microgreens and more to over 70 restaurants, grocery stores, and company campuses in Dane County and Milwaukee.
