About Us
Cattail Organics is a Certified Organic and Real Organic Certified family farm focused on making the connection between farming and food transparent. We partner with those through the food system; including schools, CSA members, small aggregators, food pantries, retail grocery and restaurants to help more people eat seasonally, organically, diversely and beautifully. We deliver vegetables year-round with a focus on root vegetables in deep winter, and greens and staple vegetables in spring, summer and fall. We have the highest standards for quality, flavor, food safety and cleanliness and exceed the organic standards as we are 100% no spray.
Our farm grows just over six acres of organic vegetables, herbs, annual fruit and produces maple syrup. We have a small but mighty farm crew of three year-round and two seasonal employees. We steward an additional 2 acres of cover cropped land annually and care for freshwater trout stream and pond, 30 acres of woods, as well as several acres of beneficial insect habitat. The farm home to our family, farmers Kat Becker and Logan Brock, and our three kids, two cats and one dog.
